Summa S2 T140 flexcut help

We just got our S2T140 and couldn't make the flexcut work as it is explained in the manual.

We are using the tangential knife that came with the cutter. When we set the pressure and try to do the FlexCut, it doesn't have any difference. When we extend the blade little bit, flexcut works, but the kiss cut is not possible at all.

To me it seems like the pressure is not working at all. Is there something I'm missing?

What Software do you use? Could be that the software overwrites the values set in the cutter.

You should be able to test the contour cut and flex cut settings from the panel. No software required.

Load some vinyl (laminated if required), then follow the quick start guide.
