Hello, I need help with SummaFlex Pro. We have Summa F-1612. We had to reinstall windows to version 10. Previously on windows 7 everything worked fine. Now the problem is that when an object in is colored with a some color and in SummaFlex we recolor it to another color (layer), the object is recolored, but in the left macro item the color (layer) does not change or add and I am not able to assign a cutting tool.
Version of SummaFlex Pro is 7.5.18... every drivers and summaflatbed tools are installed from oficial summa website.
Second problem is that importing a file using drag & drop does not work. I need to import using the import item in the top bar and search for the file.
Has anyone encountered this problems or does not know what the problems might be?
