    1. Welding point penetration depth: the welding point penetration depth cannot exceed 10% of the aluminum alloy plate thickness.

    2. Requirements for welding nuclei: After the workpiece is welded, the workpiece must be subjected to a tensile test or a pull-through destructive test. The firmness of the workpiece is required. After the workpiece is pulled through, the nucleus must be more than 8 mm, otherwise it is regarded as welding Unqualified.

    3. Welding pores and welding cracks: After the welding is completed, the welding part of the workpiece should be tested in section, and the solder joints must not have pores and cracks.

    4. Macroscopic test of solder joint profile: After the solder joint is subjected to the profile test, the macroscopic test is followed, and the welding nucleation contact surface of the workpiece is required to be no less than 30% of the plate thickness. And the range between 30%-90% is considered qualified.

    5. The solder joint requirements are spherical: this requirement is for the electrode, and the electrode contact surface is required to have a small arc.
To meet the above technical requirements, it is necessary to achieve reasonable coordination of various parameters of the welding machine and precise welding equipment.

    1. If it doesn't look like a stack of dimes, you're doing it wrong.

I love when people tell you they can weld followed by "it may not be pretty but it's strong"
