Trouble with panels

Can someone tell me why my panels in omega 2.6 stop at 11.8 inches? I go into device select and change from 11.8 inches to 15inch roll but the panels will not change. I also need some advice on how to turn them off.

Please Help.

11.8" is the maximum print area on the Edge.

And 13.2" is the maximum cut area on the HS15Plus plotter/cutter.

So the defaults that are set in Omega for panel lines assume those dimensions.
