Tutorial for DX5 head?

I need to change the head of my printer. It is a epson dx5. Can anyone help me to a step-by-step tutorial to change?

What happened to it? How did it get all those dents?

You need to provide more info than just the type of head. Which machine is it on?

I think the head hit the brackets holding the vinyl. Its a SKYCOLOR Sunika.
