URGENT HELP! - HP FB 500 / 550 / 700 / 750 - Waste ink container is full

Hi,

We have a FB750 which has come up with an error message saying the waste ink container is full (image attached). Note this isn't the normal maintenance message where it's asking you to turn the spigot to empty the waste but instead talks about the float being disconnected?

If I try and clear this message it just comes back. After restarting the machine the same alert message comes up but now also the "waste ink container is full, turn the spigot" message comes up as well as well.

Currently the printer won't print until these messages are corrected.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of what i need to do here please?

Thanks in advance.

Did you happen to try your vendor who sold you the equipment to see what their tech says? Have you contacted HP? I am searching on my end right now for you but wanted to make sure you looked to the obvious guys first.
