Urgent---- print and cut help needed - any tips and tricks?

Hi all, I have a problem when printing and cutting. I don't know if it is because of the new material arlon 800 which has a waxy back surface but when i print and cut, the print prints fine forward but with the forward and back movement of the cutter, the paper on the right hand side looking at the printer comes back 8mm short. I had initially thought it was my x and y axis needing recalibrated, well, it did anyway because of the new material though it's stil running off....
Any ideas? All of the carriers appear to have identical pressure.... speed too high? thanks again for your help, no matter how small it might just be the bit we've overlooed... Really appreciated, have a lovely day

Before the job run some tape along the backside where the rollers are...?

Get a gauge and measure the holding power of each roller.
