Need Help USB D60 "ERROR WRITING USB"

For a few days now my D60 gives errors, saying "ERROR WRITING to USB".
The system runs Win 10 Pro, has been installed for over a year.
I upgraded the D60 firmware to the newest and downloaded the newest drivers and winplot.
Still no better results.

Does anyone have an idea?

I think it just means you're trying the send a job and the PC can't communicate with the cutter.
Check the cable, connections etc.

Update: after sending the job the cutter starts the job. You hear the cutter respond and start cutting. After somewhere between 1 and 20 seconds the job fails.
Cutter has been in use for over 2 years. On the same machine, same cables.
