V1204 error 68 error cr encoder

Hi I have a vj1204 when turn on when it try to initialize it move forward alittle and then get 68 error cr encoder. If I don't put down the rollers it would give me a 79 err commu.
I took a main board from another vj1204 that had a problem error PF encoder as the original main board wouldn't come on. Any help to what I can get it fixed?
