Hi! We use a Mimaki JV33-160 and our vaccum setting is set to strong, but it seems there is no suction. It is obviously affecting our prints. Does anyone know what to do?

I presume that you are talking about the vacuum that holds the media to the platen when it prints,
if that is what you are talking about there is usually a computer type fan on the bottom of the platen that may be under a cover, you may need to remove the cover and replace the fan, if the fan still works you may need to clean the holes in the platen, and the exhaust on the fan.
