Valuejets have an automatic cleaning that cleans every couple of hours. Im pretty sure you can change the setting to make it clean more or less often, but it does use a lot of ink when it goes through those cleaning, our waste bottle always stays full.

    not quite..

sounds like your maintenance/capping station. its probably bad and touching the head.

    All colors?

Almost has to be capping station, pretty rare in ValueJets, but still possible.

    One or two colors?
    Most likely subtank valves.

Is it a 48"/54" or a 64"? The 64" has subtanks with valves that can on rare occasions stick either open or closed.

46" would be a Falcon Outdoor 46. If it is a ValueJet it has to be a 48".
