Versacamm sp-540i black looks fuzzy

When I print my black looks fuzzy. All the other colors look perfect. I did a test print and this is what it looked like. I called CS Sign Supply (where I bought the plotter) and they will not answer or return my calls. Can anyone help?

Looks like too many deflected nozzles.. Either need a new black head, or static. Could also be head is set to high.

Waste of time giving advice on these forums because you will always get that Service Technician who will come along and disagree with the help you try to provide. I own 6 printers and have never bothered to use a tech after the 12 warrantees ran out. I make it my business to put those type of guys out of a job and it works well.
