VHB Tape?

Just a curious questions here.
We use VHB (VEry High Bonding) Tape to apply acrylic letters to aluminum faces for exterior use.
Any one have any complications with this due to the exterior elements?

Thanks Everyone!

Zero issues if using the recommended tape. Use silicone along with it.

how big are the letters and how thick? if they are small and thin and weigh next to nothing, the VHV tape will be OK and just to make sure, add som silicone as suggested or Goop Glue. big heavy letters might need more tape and more glue

And speaking of vinyl, there are VHB tapes specifically created to be used directly on vinyl-covered surfaces. The 4941 and 4945 VHB's are resistant to the plasticizers, whereas vinyl will weaken the bond of other VHB tapes.
