Suggestions Vinyl delaminated??

Has this happened to anyone? Using Avery supreme wrap. Job was done about 4 years ago. Only seemed to effect the orange and not the silver. Having a difficult time removing the "white". Heat has no effect. Rapid remover has little effect. Anyone have this problem before?

Probably too much Sun. Most vinyl isn't warrantied for flat surfaces because of this. That graphic has been baking in the sun for 4 years.

Avery drops their 10 year warranty to 6 months on horizontal installs for this reason.
