Vinyl Material For Glass

Need recommendations for a vinyl material that works well for printed decals to be applied to window glass on vehicles. We print on a Roland VersaCAM with Ecosol inks. Our current vinyl, when applied to clean glass curls at the edges after several month.

It's better to have two hands than one glove.

Are you printing a full bleed? If so it doesn't matter what media you use the edges can tend to curl. Especially without some special handling. Before you charge out after this particular windmill make sure you're not doing it to yourself.

Regards your question about bleed, the answer is yes. We are plotting within the ink due to the design. Oracal has also warned us about this issue and suggested we print then allow the ink time to dry before plotting. Since this customer's orders are small, we will try this while we search for other solutions.
