Going to assume it’s corrugated plastic? We use some pretty cheap vinyl for this stuff and have never had issues with it peeling at the edges - probably an application error?

Corri board looks to be a type of corrugated plastic in Ireland. Shouldn't be any need to seal any edges. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol before application and it should be good to go. Even full bleed vinyl graphics to the edge.

If you can pull the graphic away from the edge a bit, you will get a better seal. Also, you might consider outsourcing to a printer that can direct print corrugated plastic if you are doing volume. Just run the numbers.

You also might try getting vinyl or corrugated plastic from a different supplier and see if that helps. Not all corrugated plastic is the same.
