Hello we purchased a VJ 1628x had it hooked up for about a month now. Still can not print one acceptable thing through it. Good thing we kept the VJ 1604. Anyone successfully operating the 1628x? We are running it through Flexisign Pro 11... still waiting on Flexi 12 (that's another story). However it appears to me all the profiles are just slightly tweaked 1624 profiles. None of these profiles will print true they all come out Blotchy & light without smooth solid colors. The one exception to this rule is if I create a custom profile & change the resolution from 720 x 1440 to 1440 x 1440. The I get a whopping 20 - 30 square feet per hour...
