VJ1204 & Head Ranking

I just installed a DX5 print head from an Epson R1900 into a Mutoh VJ1204.

Unable to enter some of the letters, due to the limited choices on the keypad (some of them stop at letter "F"). I realize I can run it with the existing Head Rank, but I thought I saw the name of a company on here who we could contact to possibly remedy this.

Any help is appreciated.
