VS-540 Shadowing Magenta

Looking for help with my VS-540.. (See Attached) Had the print head replaced in March of this year. Now it's randomly printing a magenta shadow on some jobs. Tried sending jobs from different computers..No difference..Tried different jobs and appears to be about the same location on the media.
I checked the following;
(Correcting for misalignment in bidirectional printing)
(Alleviating Horizontal Bands and the like)
We do a manual cleaning weekly on this machine also.
Any help would be appreciated before we contact a repair guy.

Seem like one of your data cable is bad
