wanna dollar, test print look familiar?

Anybody seen this? I changed the head this morning hoping to correct, and still have this alignment problem. If you can help me I would greatly appreciate.

Can you post a pic of the alignment printout? That looks like deflection and not really an alignment issue. I only say that because the nozzles next to it look fine.

Which machine is this?
