Every now and then when cutting a file from wasatch the plotter does not read the cut marks and destroys the print if you are not watching!
We are running a Mutoh Valuejet 1604 and a Mutoh SC1400D plotter.
It is as if Wasatch doesn't complete the cut file properly after processing the print.
This seems to appear when we least need it too!
The only way we have found is to reprint the job with the exact settings and stopping the print once the cut file for the job appears in the cut tab.
Has anyone come across this problem in Wasatch and have they found a better work round?
