We need software tht allows uploading of photos

    We need a canned or custom software that allows our clients to upload photos the way they want us to print them.
    They need to pick the affect they want from our selection, see thier photo with the affect drop it in our sizing software and upload it to us ready to rip to our printers. ie: affects out of photoshop, Canvas look , brush look, black and white, pop art look, etc.

    ..apologies, - should have read your thread more carefully.
    Dropbox will definitely allow easy file sharing, uploading/downloading, etc.; but it does not have any graphics-specific features per your requirements.

    Protip to other posters: read the OP.

    OP, you can do what you're looking for with PHP but you'll need to create it yourself. Hire a PHP developer and they can make what you're after. If you're paying less than $100/hour you found a crappy developer.
