Need Help Weird sci-fi font

I'm finding lots of vaguely similar fonts but no matches for this...

The wider version is what I received from the client. Not sure if the font was designed like that or if it was stretched, so I've also attached a second version that I've squeezed back into proportion.

Found a better source. First one was scanned from a sample too large to fit on my scanner.
