What do you use to Cut 3M Di-Noc Vinyl?

Just wondering what do folks here use for cutting 3M Di-Nov series of Vinyl (10 mil thick). I am using a Graphtec FC8000 but having a hard time cutting small letters or cuts. I am using a CB09 45 degree blade.

Are there any better plotters or blades/tools to cut this kind of vinyl with precision?

60 degree for the thicker material....red holder too.

Can we have intricate cuts like small text and numbers 2~3 mm in size using the 60 degree blades and the red holder?
