Question white dots on the print

Hi Guys just wondering if someone can tell me why I get these white dots on my print when I print poster on my Mutoh 1304 paper from grafityp
WOAF200 Satin it is due to the paper or something else?

Contaminants, or your ink density is too high, and it's bubbling where it's too much ink.

It is maybe too high static on media. And air humidity is too low.

Hi thank you for all your suggestions still keep trying to sort this out.Ink jetbest using for years never had an issue with, different profiles make it better but changing colours mainy solid dark colours is the problem.
