White gradient file setup???

I just got an Epson S50670 with White Ink capability. I could really use some advice on how to setup a file in Flexi12 to print white as a solid, different opacities, and especially gradients. I also have the Onyx RIP that came with the printer. Production Manager doesn't seem to like the Epson for some reason.

Any help and advice would be immensely appreciated!
