Why does a business only accept wire transfer for printhead??!!

I need a printhead for my Mutoh VJ 1204 solvent. I have found a couple of places in Indonesia that are selling them for half the price. Their website shows they accept credit cards but by the time I put my info in, the only payment they take is a bank wire transfer. Can anyone tell me why? What's wrong with credit cards and Pay Pal from the USA?
I am VERY leery of doing this as I will not have any recourse if they don't send the product etc.

Yeah, you're probably right.
I knew the heads were coming from Indonesia but
thought they had a vendor in NYC.

I probably wouldn't even mind buying from a company in Indonesia
as long as they took Visa

I have tried to deal with similar companies and at the last minute decided to opt out, when it feels wrong chances are it is.

My company have wasted money by trying to buy something from indonesia. We have expected that, but just have tried. We had phone contact to this guys there, and they made special offers by phone ... but no delivery happen, and the company can't be found anymore later.

Does ANYONE know of a legitimate business that has printheads at a reasonable price?
