Suggestions Wrap on wrap

I am about to apply avery wrap chrome vinyl to a flat black wrap vinyl on a truck

I do not know which vinyl that was used on the truck

I am cutting a logo out of the Avery's wrap chrome, is there anything I should know?

Like is it okay to wipe down with alcohol ?

In all my years this is my first experience with wrap material

it might not stick at all. Cut a test piece and put it on a worrysome looking area. Some of the flat wrap vinyl doesn't like other vinyl over it.

Wiping with IPA should be fine. Don't use a torch as the flame will gloss the matte finish. But like [HASHTAG]#jfiscus[/HASHTAG] said it might not stick at all or it might come of pretty easily.
