Font Help WTF?! 1950's Battery Charger

I feel like I should know what this one is or something very similar but I'm coming up blank. Figured it's time to call upon the pros.

I am recreating an image for a decal on a 1950's Marquette Porto-Fast Battery Charger. The image is what is left of the existing print.
