Hi I've been having this errors on my Graphtech 3000-60 . Initially once every week and now is becoming very recurrent . I don't have any idea what is causing it .I have read about speed,force settings and adding extra slack on the vinyl roll . I don't know how to solve this problem and customers don't wait . I have several jobs to complete and the machine does not respond .
Please Help!! why Graphtech Company does not provide a solution to this issue . If they are watching so many people with the same problem .
