XC-540 Captop Sitting at Angle

While doing a manual clean I noticed my Lt Magenta captop sitting at a forward angle. It still seems to be printing ok. Do I need to replace the spring underneath the front, possibly?

Springs usually don't go bad on those. If it was installed backwards it can get caught up. Look at the orientation of the metal piece on top of the sponge and compare it to one next to it. If they are different, it's probably in backwards. If they look good, usually you can get it to pop back into place by pushing it down a couple times. It should just pop back into place naturally.
