Hello, I am new to large format printing, I bought a roland xc 540, yesterday when I wanted to get to work I encountered a sharpness problem, I did the print test, everything is OK, I did the "standard bi-directional" test everything is OK

I did the "bi-directional detail" test and there, row number 6 does not print at all ...

I cleaned the encoder strip and did a manual cleaning, nothing helps my problem is still there: /

Someone would have any idea ?

I put a photo of the test and a photo of the rendering of my print attached ...

Thank you in advance !

Have you done all your calibrations? Your heads look like they are manually aligned OK. Remember that line is hard to see because it is Yellow . I'm a little rusty its been a while since I worked on these. I'm old so I use a mag glass in them ... But it looks like they are just out of line digitally

What is the head height set to? As suggested, you should also run all the head alignments in service mode, and then the user bi-directional calibration, in that order.
