xc540 not printing

I went to print from versworks and a message came up that the printer wasn't connected. Cable is connected right, lights on back of machine is lighting up, ip address is correct.

Beacon Graphics, who I bought the machine from, is never there to help me. Any suggestions?

Check your IP address. Need to remember it needs to be 1 number off to work if you need to reinstall
