Hey all, I have an older Vinyl Express Q100 having Xposition Alarm problems. I read the posts for the Graphtec and can say it's not a slack problem. It's been happening intermittently. I was getting the Xpositon alarm last night then first thing this morning I tried it and ran about 10ft of material and it cut no problem. I then tried a sheet around 2'x2' and now I got the error. Any tips on how to clean rollers motors etc.? When I hand-roll the X direction rollers it doesn't seem to roll smoothly.
