Y axis off 1% Gerber Sabre 404

Hello.
Our router has a little problem.
Everything on the Y-axis ends up being 1% bigger.
Switched the motors, main board, driver board. Nothing helped.
We bought the machine used and it had relatively new Y-axis lead screw.

What should we do?
The gerber tech support gave up on this one.
