yellow missing

my yellow ran out saturday. i changed cartridge monday. now yellow is missing on test print. done 2 strong cleanings. and even a head soak. i have ink to the dampers. just not firing. any ideas on a fix?

Which model of machine is it ? On recent machines (those with DX7 heads), powerful cleaning is not that powerful. You have to do several of those or Sub Menu > Ink Control > Ink Renewal which is similar to powerful cleaning on pre-DX7 Roland machines and will pump an amount of ink equivalent to the total volume from the heads to the cartridges.
