    Issues Cutting Foam Core

    Could it be heat (friction)? I don't have a Colex but I know that friction can warm up foam and pvc to the point of becoming sticky, which could cause tearout.

    Yes! Smart Objects! I use this when building menu files. That way I can edit the menu content/pricing without mucking up everything else. Did you do this in Illustrator?
