OEM for sure. There are tons of knock offs out there -- and they often "appear" the same, but the materials are not identical. I tried multiple times from different vendors over the years, and every time I had to go back to OEM because they just wouldn't seal properly.

The Digitrim 64 is only an X cutter. For X-Y trimming you need the XLD series or higher. (I have both machines) Fotoba has released other newer models with more features, but the XLD is the most affordable option. Plan on spending upwards of $25-30k if you get lucky finding a decent used...

Sounds a lot like a hardware or consumable problem to me. A nozzle check only tells you what's happening in a very small controlled test -- not actual production. Your magenta is probably dropping out -- I'd guess air in your lines (or heck, even a bad batch of ink). Are you using OEM inks...

heat + industrial citrus cleaner. I've got rapid remover too, but the citrus works as good or better (92% concentrate - crazy strong), and is only about 1/3 of the cost of Rapid Remover.
