You asked for opinion, here's mine.
Got my VS540 in 2011 after 7 years on SP300 (:rock-n-roll:) and even if it had some nice features, I've wasted so much time trying to solve issues that were due to bad engineering. I've had many techs coming, inspecting the printer high & low, telling me I...
Laminate film also influence the final color. So that being said, I have printed different charts (Pantone, Pantone CVC, Roland...) on cast film (because that's what I use the most) AND LAMINATE 'EM so when I truly wanna match to the closest possible, I go outside with my printed/laminated...
Maybe Mactac? 'Don't have their color chart but may worth digging a li'l this way
You can also consider printing it (!) This is something I've done in the past because of the pandemic and all troubles related to getting stuff in time. On my wall I have a Pantone chart printed and it's a...

The only thing in the same neighborhood would be Oracal's Chili Red (371) which they have 25yds in stock in USA

I have used their cast films for decades w/o issue. As goos as any other premium cast films on the market. Some brands like Universal Products (TFX striping) and Sharpline use/used Ritrama at some point, same for Neschen.
With few tweaks here & there you can get in the same neighborhood... there's 8 variations of the Desire fonts to choose from multiplied by a lot of special caracters so it's a mix & match plus some custom work
