    I haven’t printed from Flexi in quite a while but I believe there is a setting “rip while printing” option? Try turning it off. Maybe it’s not keeping up… Also kill your screen saver if on, that can cause hiccups too I believe. Can’t hurt…

    If you sold her the right material and laminate it’s on her not you… She didn’t install it correctly and probably didn’t prep the vehicle properly before installation. Edge seal pen won’t work and clear laminate strips will look pretty bad if it works at all.

    Snap a few studs down to like 1/4 to 1/2in. Layout the letters on the paper with a drawn base line and press them down to leave the stud impression.

    I’m guessing Leo’s Smart Gold if it’s old. Not sure if it’s around anymore or changed names but It was hand gilded with real Gold Leaf and had a laminate extending over the edges. Sold to a lot of Fire Stations and sign shops.
