    Look for used Gerber Edge and Gerber GSX15 plotters, I use them every day to make motorcycle, snowmobile, and jet ski graphics. The ribbons are stable and can be laminated as soon as you print. some uses do not require lamination.

    make a jig of different corner diameters using plywood, invert a router with a single flute and a guide bearing (you can move the bit up and down as an area becomes dull), put on the safety glasses, gloves, earphones with tunes, and earmuffs and go to town.
