    What caused this failure?

    not sure how probable, as i'm in california with extremely harsh winters (...) but maybe some water/rain got in underneath the vinyl and never got out when winter came and turned it into ice? kinda like how pipes crack... i've had to replace wall graphics that had water fill up between the wall...

    x2, seems (no pun intended!) like you can run two overlays on the hood each side where its rounded toward the side panels + a center section all in same direction

    invest in a class, you can get a free roll out of it! :P you gotta be soft with perf film, it'll malign easily. are you hinging? maybe go line by line? tbh, i get that curve going on front windshield banners too...

    x2. i guess it'd be more of less by sq. ft tho? it's all dependent on each other no? bigger car, curvier car, more edges, etc. etc. all add time. (boo, is this really my 2nd post?)
