    Along way to go, but I'm getting there. So as per Neil's advice, I've found that the cap top isn't sealing 100% Seems in the front corner, magenta side, there's a slight gap. I'll try a new captop and see if that solves my issue

    Wouldn't it come up with a slider F1 etc error? I've only been able to get a few nozzles from a Kay channel to print Since Kay is smack bang in the middle of the head, this makes more sense that I would get that to print and not the others.

    Don't worry. I sorted it out. in your printer, you need to rename it physically under the Machine Settings menu. Default in this case is JV33-01 A quick change to JV33-02 was all it took.

    windows 10? Have you tried removing it completely and reinstalling it? Generally when this happens a file has been courrupted etc. If a reinstall does nothing, go into System Backup and restore and see if you can restore your machine to an earlier point. Hopefully you have a point within that...

    Hey Smoke_Jaguar , if and when I need to swap out the head, is it as simple as disconnecting and swapping out? Or do I need to prime the head, adjust the drop pos, slants etc?
