i would just search up a casper the ghost image, and photoshop your current one, by erasing the existing ghost and insert a new one and combining the images together. if you use photoshop, or photopaint, etc.. any good image editing program it should be easily doable.
Does your supplier offer "slit" rolls? There are a few times where we needed a roll of something and the size wasn't available or we needed a custom size so instead of wasting a 54" roll of something, we asked for a 60" slit into x2 30" rolls. could be something to inquire about?
You can use multiple lines, but sometimes where the joins are will cause "seam bubbles", so i wouldn't recommend it. We use TAC Master plus transfer tape. We are in Canada though so we get the brand that's available to us. It's probably a 3M product though.
I would of used an ACP product for these (unless it is.. then nm, lol).. on a chainlink fence they shouldn't be able to get bent or warped from the wind because the fence will offer some stability while using chainlink clips along the top and bottom.
That trailer looks like a rivetless body from quick glance. Make sure you have a good squeegee on hand if your graphics are going to be "premasked" or covered with a release liner, if not, the you'll need a nice soft felt squeegee so you don't scratch the graphics when applying. We do trailers...

We printed our own wall calendars for our shop on SiHL poster paper. it's a 36" roll so large enough to make our own. in all honestly after you trim them and such, they don't stay too curly. People will usually tape them to the wall anyways. I did the artwork in Coreldraw for custom layout.
You probably won't find a manual anywhere. we build pylon signs all the time at our shop. We are in Canada, so i'm sure we have different standards for constructing such things. Normally we build the sign can out of sheet metal, angle iron and aluminum extrusions. As far as attaching to your...
One time we did a super rush job for a local customer's restaurant and they brought us Chinese Food the next day for lunch. :) it was super nice and unexpected.
We use Rubenstein RB Digital for our tech work when needed. We have purchased all of our Mimaki machines from them. By the looks of it, they have an office in Saskatchewan.

What about wrapping them with temporary vinyl graphics instead? If it's for an event or POP display,etc..unless they have to be banners, then nevermind.
