  3. Installing into Stucco...HELP!

Ok, guys, I got a 2'x6' Single sided Dibond sign to install over a business entrance on Friday. The front where the sign is going to stucco. I have been in the sign industry as a designer/sign maker for 9 years, but never really did any installs. Now that I started my own company I have to...
  4. Best Reflective Technique

I was going to do it that way, but it's for a Business Park that has multiple colors in their logo. By the time I buy the 4 different reflective vinyls, cut, weed (bah) tape and finally make them it'd be cheaper for me to go another route.
  5. Best Reflective Technique

Just sold a job for reflective 18"x24" .080 Alum Road Signs. Never realized how expensive printable Reflective vinyl is. Trying to come up with some other options that will last. Here's my ideas, anyone have any thoughts? The blanks I got are reflective already. 1) Print on clear vinyl...
  6. Using application fluid when layering on static cling vinyl

That's what I was going to ask (why not just print on the static cling). I am actually working on my first Static Cling job and was planning on just printing on it. Never really thought of putting vinyl on top of it. Hmmm.
  7. Laying down too much ink!

Make sure you have the correct profile to print from. As I learned from everyone else on here, that is very important. By default mine was set to black out vinyl scrim banner. It was laying down WAY too much in to the point where the link actually looked like it was popping off of the vinyl...

  10. Laying down too much ink!

Hey guys, new to the forum (already got tons of help, Thanks!). I just got a new (to me) Versacamm SP300V. I use Flexi-8.1 and Flexi's production manager to print/cut. It seems like the printer is laying down too much ink on the vinyl. Anyone know if there is a setting in the actual printer...

  13. Flexi Won't Save My Print Media

    Thank you SO much!
  14. Flexi Won't Save My Print Media

I am running Flexi 8.1. Is there a way to have it save the media profile I use as the default so everytime I go to print something I don't have to keep changing it? If I am printing something from the same file and don't even close the production manager down I still have to go in and change the...
