My understanding of using sewing over welding on pole banners is that sewing allows the joint to "stretch" and flex in response to stress that pole banners endure. Whereas a welded joint is more rigid and prone to failure. Any further insights are welcome.

Have a client looking to replace 24 flags on their property. It is 30"x48" with a grommeted canvas edge on the left. Not sure of the material, relatively thin and "silky." Looks to be either sublimated or direct printed. Can anyone recommend a knowledgable, reliable vendor for something like this?
