We typically get UL approved stock as we work with large industrial manufacturers. Material life is dependent on the tier of material you select. On the Flexcon website they break down the material tiers pretty nicely. FLexicon uses a nice 90lb polycraft liner on their sheeted stock. It's...
Flexcon is the supplier we use for sheet cut screen printable media. Typically we use uv ink but I am assuming you don't have a UV dryer so any vinyl ink would work fine. It has a strong smell so make sure you are working in a ventilated area if you go that route.
We've got a stable of lasers at our facility.
big one is 3kW fiber by Ipg. Also have a 100w co2 Rofin based and a 3 axis galvo (100w) scanlab/ipg based. All of them equipped with camera recognition.

We are running a 480gt with the 256 inks. The adhesion on acrylic is acceptable. We normally use the DA acrylic but they don't make it past .25 in so for thicker acrylic prints you don't have a choice. The 258 inks are not close to the 256 in color gamut no matter how you profile it. It is far...
Both. Not screen printing shirts or apparel. Industrial screen printing (manufacturing support) and digital. Actual company name is prestige screen printing inc. Founded 40 years ago.
So we want to add a larger sign above our shop and have been kicking around ideas. We want to do a 4x8 sign on aluminum. This is the rough design that our designer came up with. Its ok but I was hoping to pick everyones brain. Our building is medium brown. We are not married to the color...
Have you looked at the océ 460? That model is upgradeable if you need the additional speed later. In my opinion the océ has better print quality and I have compared samples printed from my supplied files from both machines.
