He never had a printer. He doesn't do color printing (not large scale anyway.. he may do smaller stuff now)...he outsources his banners/wraps. He uses a 24" cutter for all his vinyl work. He does some multicolor/cuts with that. Is 100 bucks an hour the average rate? Is it normal to charge 3...
