Okay this was something I tried while I was posting this and it worked but it is still odd. I had to seperate the contour cut and then move it to the back of the design and it printed okay???? Why in the world?? I have never had to do this before.

Okay so after I switched the brass fittings I did a test print and now the yellow and the magenta are both faint. Could this brass ring be the cause of an improper seal causing both heads to not work at full capacity???
