  1. Need Help Graphtec FC9000 having random offcut issues

Okay when trouble shooting. you need to tackle 1 issue at a time. Lets worry about the KissCut and ThruCut paths 1st as you said sometimes it likes to switch spots. Please expand on what is happening? Is it doing a KissCut, then not stopping and doing a ThruCut ? Are your conditions set in...
  2. Need Help Graphtec FC9000 having random offcut issues

Are you letting onyx define the condition settings, or are the conditions set on the graphtec? (pressure, blade position, etc) I would set the conditions on the graphtec, and let cut server just choose which condition is kisscut and thrucut. are you using 4 corners, or are you running...

  5. Chinese Kingjet Eco-solvent Epson i3200 head - $2500 Calibrate? VS ICC profile (Dither Dilemma)

Well, yes. Getting a pro to profile your printer with a range of stock isn't cheap. I dont know much about flexi, but im sure you can search youtube for some tutorials. You'll get the idea on what needs to be done.
  6. Who runs Caldera on Linux?

On my Ubuntu servers, i dont actually run any snap apps. Its either on docker, or if i need to install something out of docker, it's apt. Oh i know the difference between FOSS and OSS. Im more than happy to pay for OSS. some FOSS/OSS is far better than the proprietary crap out there. I self...
  7. Who runs Caldera on Linux?

I have one This would have worked, just means I need to turn the PC on and off each time.
  8. Who runs Caldera on Linux?

the choice to run ubuntu is purely because i know it and i run many ubuntu server VMs. But also it seems like Caldera is moving towards Ubuntu rather than Debian as on the list of supported OS, Debian has started to disappear on some new apps and versions. In my case, there's no alternative...
  9. Onyx Go (subscription) vs Onyx 22.5 vs Other RIP

    CJV330-130 & CJV330-160 are in the new drivers :)
  10. Onyx Go (subscription) vs Onyx 22.5 vs Other RIP

if your subscription of Advantage lasts till the release of x24, you'll get it. but onyx has this thing where they like to release new software, not every year, but every 13-14 months. kind of irritating.
  11. Who runs Caldera on Linux?

Im not really concerned about adobe, more of an example. My main issue would be my barberi devices. (barbieri gateway) are only windows or mac. apparently theres linux drivers for it i see on their website. I also use a lot of colorlogic software (windows) colorlogic i can run in a VM...
  12. Who runs Caldera on Linux?

Anyone using caldera on linux, Ubuntu or Mate ? How are you using windows based software (if you have windows based software) I.e Adobe software, or ICC profiling software etc.
  13. Onyx Go (subscription) vs Onyx 22.5 vs Other RIP

You can't get x24 licence. You only get the Onyx advantage for whatever is the current version. so if he gets advantage now, he'll be upgraded to x22.5, then when x24 is released, he'll get x24 with his advantage subscription. But yes, get advantage now, as the older your software is to the...
  14. Onyx Go (subscription) vs Onyx 22.5 vs Other RIP

You can go on onyx advantage (silver or gold) and that will keep your onyx up to date each year. It's more than buying the subscription, but onyx Go is watered down vs thrive. I'd get the advantage soon before x24 comes out and it may be late to update x19.
